A return has been requested and a UPS label has been sent to you. Now you have one label and multiple packages. What do you do?
BetterDoor will do their best to ensure you have enough return labels to return your order. However, if you have received one label to return your shipment and find you have multiple packages, a UPS store will charge for additional labels. If this occurs, BetterDoor will not be responsible for those additional charges. The label BetterDoor provides already covers the entirety of the return fees. To avoid additional label charges, BetterDoor and UPS recommend dropping off your packages at a UPS shipping center or calling UPS for a pick-up of your return.
