Custom items are unique to a customer's specified needs.
BetterDoor offers a wide variety of items that can be used by every customer. However, some items are built to fit a specific set of dimensions before they ship. These items are considered customized and cannot be returned.
- Ultimate Multi-Point Astragal Systems: Requires specification sheet at time of order to ensure deadbolt actuator is installed at an appropriate location for your door system
- Astragal Outswing Security Flange: Only when used in conjunction with the Ultimate Multi-Point Astragal System or the Ultimate Trilennium Astragal System.
- Ultimate Trilennium® Astragal Systems: Require specification sheet at time of order to ensure the flip lever and bolts are installed at an appropriate location relative to your Trilennium Lock.
- Trilennium® 3020 Multi-Point Locking System: Requires specification sheet at time of order to ensure the lock runs the full length of your door panel and that the mortise box aligns with the lever crossbore hole drilled in your door panel.
- Trilennium® 3500 Multi-Point Locking System: Requires specification sheet at time of order to ensure the lock runs the full length of your door panel and that the mortise box aligns with the lever and thumbturn crossbore holes drilled in your door panel.
